Set up company-wide information and defaults

Set up your team for success with global settings from a centralized space.


From the Settings menu, select Company Settings


Company

  • Enter Company Details (company name, phone number, address, etc) to be added to your custom invoices, statements, and more.

  • Agent Email Send to Back Office can be toggled on if you would like the Account Verification Emails to come to the admin when initially setting up Users

  • Click the Save button in the lower right-hand corner


Voucher Approval

Manage your Voucher Approval process by requiring up to four levels of approval before a voucher becomes active. This helps promote consistency and accuracy, minimizing room for error.

  • Turn on by toggling on Active Voucher Approvals

  • Toggle on Turn on Inside Agent Approvals to require all inside agents on a deal to approve as the first step of the process

  • Select a single or multiple users (either/or) required to review a voucher before moving to the next level

  • Each step in the review process will allow for an approve or reject option


Statement

Save a comment that will display on the bottom of all generated Statements.


Default Bank Accounts

Define your default Deposit and Agent Payment bank accounts here.  For more information on setting up bank information, review this article.


QuickBooks

Agent Bonus

Choose on a global level how Agent Bonus will affect agent gross totals.


Notifications

  • Turn on Deposit Notification emails to notify contacts outside of Commissions whenever a new deposit has been posted

  • Turn on Deposit Notification emails to notify contacts outside of Commissions whenever a new deposit has been posted.


Accounting Type

During initial implementation this allows you to set your standard Accounting Type, including Cash, Accrual, or Hybrid.

  • Show Post Month Field PLACE HOLDER

  • Enable Charge Auto Posting PLACE HOLDER
