Non-Tier Split Plan

Non-Tier Split Plan (or Flat Rates) do not change over time. No additional factors including production are taken into consideration. The house and agent will receive the same percentages for each deal when a non-tier split plan is used.

  1. Enter split plan name, split % (percentage of commission that Agent will receive) and description for that split plan

  2. Click the Save button in the lower right corner and verify that the new plan is displayed in the split plan dashboard

Tiered Split Plan

Tiered Split plans work on a sliding scale, increasing the agent's commission percentage as the tiers unit (gross commissions, agent net, house net) update. Set several levels of tiers to personalize split plans and incentivize agents.

Check the box for Tier Plan to complete remaining steps. Set Tiers Unit using the drop down menu, add details in Description field.  Set all necessary tiers, being sure to start the first tier at $0 and keep the last End Tier amount blank.

  1. Enter split plan name, split % (percentage of commission that Agent will receive) and description for that split plan

  2. Select 'Tier Plan' box to turn on additional settings

  3. Choose a Tiers Unit that will be the base of tier progression

  4. Click 'Add New Tier' and enter tier split percentage and ending tier dollar amount.

  5. Repeat step 4 as many times as needed.

Note: Start Tier will automatically populate based on previous entries

Note: Leave last End Tier dollar amount blank to allow for all remaining production amounts

  6. Click the Save button in the lower right corner and verify that the new plan is displayed in the split plan dashboard
