CommercialEdge Commissions knows that there is more than one way to handle a task.  In this case, we offer three ways to input a building address in a Voucher.  Each designed to streamline the process, save time and improve accuracy.

We know that Google has already done the work verifying addresses all over the place.  If you want to let Google do the work, start typing your address in the Address Line 1 field.   Watch for a drop down pop-up and select the right address when it appears.  Now you only need to complete Address Line 2 if applicable.

If you have a few buildings that you do a lot of deals in, it may be worthwhile to add them in your Property Address Table located in Settings. This will save the property details and allow it to be added more easily in the future.

Once saved, when adding a new voucher - use the Property drop down option to quickly add the address. Customize this address by including a suite number in Address Line 2 if applicable.

You can directly add the address details by just typing the data directly into the voucher fields for a direct data entry approach.
