From the Settings menu select G/L Account

  1. This will open the G/L List View
  2. Click Add New G/L Account. This will open the top line up for inputting a new G/L Account
  1. Input Account Number (must match business’ actual General Ledger)
  2. Select Account Type
  3. Input Account Description (must match business’ actual General Ledger)
  4. Click Update to Save
  5. G/L Account information can be edited. They can only be deleted before they are used.  Once used, they cannot be deleted.
