From the Settings menu select G/L Account
- This will open the G/L List View
- Click Add New G/L Account. This will open the top line up for inputting a new G/L Account
- Input Account Number (must match business’ actual General Ledger)
- Select Account Type
- Input Account Description (must match business’ actual General Ledger)
- Click Update to Save
- G/L Account information can be edited. They can only be deleted before they are used. Once used, they cannot be deleted.
