Review Invoice List

  1. From the left-hand menu, select Invoice
  2. The Invoice List will open and by default will list all invoices in the system with the most recent on top
  3. The Status column will indicate one of the following statuses
     - Unbilled: Invoice has been generated but not printed or emailed
     - Sent: Invoice has been generated and emailed through CommissionTrac
     - Downloaded: Invoice has been generated and downloaded to PDF
     - Complete: Invoice has been generated and synced with Quickbooks (only shows if a Quickbooks integration is active)
     - Pending: Invoice has been generated but there was an issue syncing with Quickbooks (only shows if a Quickbooks integration is active)
  4. The Invoice List can be filtered by Status by clicking on the Funnel Icon in the Status header and selecting each of the statuses you would like to filter by
  5. Click View under the Action column to preview, print, or download each invoice listed
  6. Click the drop down arrow next to View to Delete an Invoice
  7. Click the drop down arrow next to View to manually Post an Invoice to QB as needed
