- Opportunity Type (required): Indicate if you would like to filter for Type (Lease, Sub Lease, Sale, or Fee) by unchecking "All Opportunity Types" and selecting one or more Type to filter for. If you would like to see All Opportunity Types, leave the check mark in "All Opportunity Types."
- Stages (required): Indicate if you would like to filter for Stage (New Opportunity, Closed - Won, Closed - Lost, or any Stage you have created) by unchecking "All Stages" and selecting one or more Stage(s) to filter for. If you would like to see All Stages, leave the check mark in "All Stages."
- Inside Agents (required): To run this report for all Inside agents, leave the check mark in "All Inside Agents," otherwise, uncheck that field and select one or more Inside Agents for whom to filter this report.
- Exclude Closed Opportunities (optional): To include Closed Won and Closed Lost opportunities leave this box unchecked. To exclude both Closed Won and Closed Lost opportunities from this report, leave a check mark in this box.
This report will generate eight columns of data, with each row of data representing an Opportunity, sorted by Estimated Close Date.
Opportunity Name: Lists the Name of the Opportunity being reported in this row
Opportunity Type: Lists the type of deal (Lease, Sub Lease, Sale, or Fee) the Opportunity represents
Inside Agents: Lists all Inside Agents associated with the Opportunity
Estimated Close Date: Lists the date given as the Estimated Close Date
Stage: Reports the Stage the Opportunity is currently assigned
Win Probability Percentage: Reports the Win Probability assigned to the listed Stage
Estimated In-House Gross Commission: Reports the indicated Estimated In-House Gross Commission
Weighted In-House Gross Commission: Calculates the product of the Win Probability and the Estimated In-House Gross Commission
Report Totals shows at the bottom of the report.
