Leverage this report to rank your Agents' Performance by either Production (Total Gross Commission), Volume (Rent/Sale Amounts), Agent Gross or Agent Net. Run this report for any date range needed, and filter for 'all inside,' 'all outside,' or specific agents.
This report can be printed, saved as a PDF, or imported into Excel.
Filter Options:
Beginning Date/End Date (required): Use these fields to filter for deposits by date range. CommissionTrac is looking at the Execution date for this filter.
Sort By: Use this drop down to determine which data points your agents will be ranked on. Options are: Production (Total Gross Commission - comes from vouchers and not dependent on deposits or payments posted), Volume (Rent/Sale Amounts from vouchers), Agent Gross (based on deposits received/posted) or Agent Net (based on deposits received/posted).
All Inside: Put a check mark in this field to run the report for All Inside Agents.
All Outside: Put a check mark in this field to run the report for All Outside Agents. Put a checkmark in both All Inside and All Outside to run the report for All Agents in the system.

Results:
This report generates seven columns of data. Each line of data corresponds to an agent. The final row totals the last four columns.
Rank: Numerical value of rank of agent based on selected Rank Type
Agent Name: Agent name for which this row of data is reporting
Deals: Number of vouchers Agent is assigned to with an Execution Date in the selected Date Range
Production: Total of Gross Commission from all Vouchers Agent is assigned to with an Execution Date in the selected Date Range
Volume: Total of Rent from all Vouchers Agent is assigned to with an Execution Date in the selected Date Range
Agent Gross: Total Agent Gross amounts from deposits posted to all Vouchers Agent is Assigned to with an Execution Date in the selected Date Range
Agent Net: Total Agent Net amounts from deposits posted to all Vouchers Agent is Assigned to with an Execution Date in the selected Date Range
This report totals the last four columns.
